Miss Norah :)

I love some of the outfits that Norah comes up with to wear.  Just the other day she had her tutu on under a dress she was wearing. :)  Here's another one that she came up with....I mean doesn't everyone like to weed-whip in yellow rain boots and a green headband? :) :)
