3 Months Old!!

Grace was 3 months old on January 17th! Hard to believe that 1/4 of a year has already passed since her arrival! This past month Grace has decided she doesn't really like to nap for very long laying down, she would prefer to nap while you are holding her or in the Ergo, so, the Ergo it is! :) That way I can at least try to get a few things done. :) Grace can hold her head up pretty well now and her control has improved a lot this past month. She doesn't really like to be on her tummy much (and doesn't get a chance as I'm afraid she will get stepped on!), but when she is, she runs her feet back and forth like she is trying to push herself forward. She doesn't really try to lift her head up that much, her bottom ends up higher in the air then her head. :) Grace loves to smile now and flashes her smiles to you all the time. She laughed for the first time right at the end of the month, which of course Erik got her to do. :) She also really likes to have you hold her sitting up in your lap facing you so she can talk to you. She is also starting to want to stand up in your lap when you are holding her. Grace celebrated her first Christmas this month too. Towards the end of her 3rd month she really started to recognize faces and knows who Mommy and Daddy are. :) She is starting to get mad when someone else holds her if she is tired or hungry. :) Here are some pictures from her 3rd month!
