We celebrated Thanksgiving with Ashley's side of the family on Thanksgiving Day. We enjoyed the morning at home watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade on TV, and then headed over to Ashley's parent's house late morning. Around noon, the rest of Ashley's family started arriving, and we enjoyed a wonderful meal of turkey, bread, potatoes, fruit, corn, and salad. After lunch the kids took a little rest and the rest of us hung out and shopped the Black Friday ads. When the kids woke up we enjoyed some desserts and pies. We then hung out a while longer, having a few leftovers for supper, and then headed home around 8:00. It was a fun day spent with family and eating way too much good food! Here are some pictures from our Thanksgiving Day!
Happy Thanksgiving!

We had another Thanksgiving celebration on Friday at Erik's parent's house with his immediate family. I don't have any pictures from this one, but we had a wonderful lunch that his mom had prepared. We hung out for a little while after lunch, and then headed home so the kids could take naps!
On Saturday we traveled to Dows for our final Thanksgiving celebration with Erik's Mom's side of the family. We enjoyed another wonderful meal prepared by his grandma, mom, and aunt. After lunch the kids took a rest and the rest of us hung out. After their rest, we had a quick dinner, and then headed for home.
It was so nice to enjoy Thanksgiving with both sides of our families and remember how blessed we are!
